Option 1: Open and print the Youth Pageant Rules and Entry Form PDF file and use it to complete your application.

Option 2: Use this electronic entry form (this page and the next page) to apply and pay online.
Spinach Festival Pageants
Contestants must be checked in by 9:30 AM
Pageant to start on April 19th at 10:00 AM
Entry deadline: April 10th at 5:00 PM
Pageant will be held on Fayetteville Ave, downtown Alma at the stage area
2009 Spinach Festival Queen Pageant
Official Rules & Regulations
- A contestant must be a resident of Crawford County at lease one year prior to pageant.
- A contestant must be 16-20 years of age.
- Contestant must be a single female, never have been married or had a marriage annulled, contestant can never have been or be pregnant.
- Contestant must be a US Citizen and never have been convicted of a felony offense.
- Contestant will appear in the following: evening wear and onstage question.
- If chosen Miss Spinach Festival 2009, entrant agrees to represent the Spinach Festival. If for any reason, your permanent residence should change within your reign, privileges connected with the said title shall also be handed down to the first runner up.
- In case of marriage, pregnancy, living with a man, or any reason the Queen is unable to fulfill her obligations as the reigning Queen, or any reason which the pageant director deems unacceptable of a Queen, the queen will relinquish the title of Miss Spinach Festival IMMEDIATELY, and all privileges connected with the said title, together will ALL prizes awarded to her, and a runner-up shall be awarded all prizes as if she were chosen queen on pageant day – her crown & sash. She shall be succeeded by the next eligible contestant.
- Illegal drugs, alcohol & smoking will definitely not be tolerated. If you have been arrested or charged with drugs or alcohol, or been treated for either, you will not be eligible to participate.
- The Queen will be expected to represent The Spinach Festival to gain as much exposure as possible – visit schools, local civic groups, open houses, parades, special speaking engagements, etc.
- Bio sheets will be provided when entry form and fee are received.
2009 Spinach Festival Lil’ Mr. & Miss Swee’ Pea Pageant
Official Rules & Regulations
- A contestant must be a resident of Crawford County at lease one year prior to pageant.
- Contestants must be age 5-8.
- Come dressed for the pageant. Each contestant will appear in only Sunday Best attire.
- Judges decisions are final.
- If for any reason the “Winner” is unable to fulfill his/her obligations, or for any reason which he pageant director deems unacceptable of a “Winner”, they will relinquish their title IMMEDIATELY, and all privileges connected with the said title, together will ALL prizes awarded to her, and a runner-up shall be awarded all prizes as if he/she were chosen “Winner” on pageant day – his/her crown & sash. He/She shall be succeeded by the next eligible contestant.
- If for any reason, your permanent residence should change within your reign, privileges connected with the said title shall also be handed down to the first runner up.
- Any display of poor sportsmanship and/or unbecoming conduct, and interference and/or disturbance, or any behavioral problem created by a contestant, chaperon, parent, relative or even a supporter of a contestant could result in disqualification of the contestant not only from this year’s contest, but also from future contests.
